Compositions: Paracetamol; Tramadol
Indications: Treatment of moderate to severe pain.
Population: Oral use. The medication is not affected by food.
Dosage
Adults and children over 16 years: The maximum dose is 1 to 2 tablets every 4 to 6 hours, not exceeding 8 tablets per day.
Children under 16 years: The safety and efficacy of the drug have not been studied in children.
Elderly (over 65 years): There is no difference in safety or pharmacokinetics between elderly users and younger users.
Contraindications:
Hypersensitivity to tramadol, paracetamol, or any component of the drug, or to opioids.
Acute intoxication with alcohol, sleeping pills, narcotics, central analgesics, opioids, and psychotropic drugs.
Children under 6 years old.
Patients currently using or recently discontinued (within 15 days) MAO inhibitors.
Severe respiratory depression.
Severe hepatic impairment.
Breastfeeding women.
Uncontrolled epilepsy.
Opioid addiction.
